  • What about the forcast?

    If rain is in the forecast, don’t panic! We closely monitor the weather and will contact you if we believe conditions are unsafe. If your booking needs to be rescheduled, we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you as soon as possible.

  • Are there indoor options?

    Absolutely! We live in Saskatchewan—snow is inevitable—but that doesn't mean the fun has to stop. There are plenty of great indoor venues in and around Saskatoon where you can set up a bouncy castle, including:

    Manhattan Ballroom

    Community Centres

    Church Gymnasiums

    Warman Home Centre Communiplex

    Vanscoy Dome Hall

    Local Leisure Centres

  • Can you set up in a city park?

    Yes, we can! Setting up in a city park is definitely possible, but there are a few steps involved. The City of Saskatoon requires permits for park access and special events. Here are some helpful links to get you started:

  • How much space do I need?

    Our smallest bouncy castle is just 10 feet by 10 feet—perfect for tighter spaces. Our backyard bouncers are 15 feet by 15 feet and fit comfortably in most yards. For exact sizes and clearance requirements, check out the our “Castles” page for more details.

  • My event is multiple days—can you accommodate?

    Absolutely! We want your event to be a success. Get in touch with us to discuss your event details and timeline—we’ll do our best to make it work!

  • Do you stay and supervise?

    No, we do not stay to supervise. Once the bouncy castle or games are fully set up, it becomes your responsibility to supervise children and guests throughout your event. We’ll make sure everything is safely installed and walk you through the safety guidelines before we leave.

  • Can it be set up on grass, gravel, pavement, or indoors? Yes, let us know what your event spcae looks like!

  • Do I need access to power or water? Yes, if your event is in a location without power or water let us know so we coordinate what equipment we need.

  • What are the age or weight limits for the castles? Each castle is different, some for toddlers and adults. When booking you can ask about weight limits and age ranges! .

  • How far in advance should I book? As soon as possible, the earlier you book the more options we have!

  • How long does setup and takedown take? Set up and take down take about 15 minutes each, so we will come early to get started.

  • What if there’s no power nearby? If you’re setting up in a park or on an acreage with no access to power let us know and we will coordinate the proper equipment

  • Is set up and take down included? Yes, set up and take down are all included!
