  • Can it be set up on grass, gravel, pavement, or indoors? Yes, let us know what your event spcae looks like!

  • Do I need access to power or water? Yes, if your event is in a location without power or water let us know so we coordinate what equipment we need.

  • What are the age or weight limits for the castles? Each castle is different, some for toddlers and adults. When booking you can ask about weight limits and age ranges! .

  • How far in advance should I book? As soon as possible, the earlier you book the more options we have!

  • How long does setup and takedown take? Set up and take down take about 15 minutes each, so we will come early to get started.

  • What if there’s no power nearby? If you’re setting up in a park or on an acreage with no access to power let us know and we will coordinate the proper equipment

  • Is set up and take down included? Yes, set up and take down are all included!

  • Do you deliver out of town? Yes, we do contact us for out city set ups for full pricing
